[Xprint] Is there somewhere else to turn?

Hello,

I enclose a description of my problem... but this is the third time I've
done so this month with no answer.

Is there a 'real' xprint list somewhere that I'm missing?

Where should I be posting this to get some help?

When I print from firefox I see a flash of activity at the printer...
and nothing comes out.

If I print to file I can see the pages rendered correctly within the
file specified for output but, again, cannot print them.

I can print from other programs on the same machine. They specify the
CUPS printer in a separate dialog box. Firefox specifies ricoh@:33.

I originally sought out the Firefox 0.9.1 and xprint 0.9.001 in my
ongoing effort to print Thai correctly. And the Thai pages in the 'print
to' files look good! But now nothing will print from firefox/xprint. 

I can choose the default printer from firefox, but then I can print just
'English', the Thai is badly mangled.

Any ideas?
