[Xprint] Moving the Xprint project to FreeDesktop.org ...

Some people here know it already or at least parts of the details,
others may be little bit surprised:
We're going to to move the Xprint project - at least the server,
maintaince tools and related documentation to freedesktop.org.
http://xprint.mozdev.org remains the home for the Mozilla-related
projects such as the upcoming Mozilla XPI (sub-)project and other parts
- but the heavywheight stuff is going to be moved to freedesktop.org to
free some resources from mozdev.org's servers. Xprint has become so
popular that it has started to consume huge amounts of server resources
(network bandwidth, CPU time) - sometimes (e.g. when a new Mozilla
version was released) even bringing the servers near to a collapse.
We're moving now - incrementally - the development area to the new site.

* Services already moved:
- CVS and CVSweb:
CVS and CVSweb have already been moved to xprint.freedesktop.org. The
new URLs and instructions how to checkout the source from CVS can
currently be found under http://xprint.mozdev.org/source.html
Note that after the 009 release we will start migrating to a "trunk"
development branch on the "xorg" repository (which is more compatible to
Xfree86, making it easier to port the changes to Xfree86 at a later date
this year), after the migration is complete the "xprint" tree will be
closed and renamed to "xprint-old".
- BugZilla:
This is actually no real move, the bugzilla on xprint.freedesktop.org is
a new bugzilla instance, seperate from the mozdev.org bugzilla. We're
trying to move the Xprint bugs from xprint.mozdev.org to
xprint.freedesktop.org to allow that one bugzilla has all the bugs
(which are partially listed in the documentation (incl. FAQ), too).
Please file new bugs in the xprint.freedesktop.org bugzilla (URL can be
found in the http://xprint.mozdev.org main page).

* Services which need to be moved:
- Main WWW pages (xprint.freedesktop.org is currently an empty page)
- bugzilla _bugs_ (see above)
- mailinglist (I'll migrate the membership list and reconfigure the
xprint.mozdev.org to forward messages)
- LXR

* Services temporary offline:
- LXR (freedesktop.org does not have a LXR installation yet)
