[Xprint] resolutions with an aspect ratio other than 1

Please take a look at the thread "Configuring Xprint for 600x1200 dpi
Postscript printer"
(http://xprint.mozdev.org/pipermail/xprint/2004-July/000260.html). AFAIK
the problem can be worked-around... send us a PPD for your printer and
we'll have a look at the issue...
