[Xprint] printing wint XPrint 009 in thunderbird

My first guess would be that printing from the "compose" window somehow
selects different fonts.
1. Does anything change when you go to the menu item "Tools/Options...",
select the "Fonts" section, select "cyrillic" in "fonts for" and define
some reasonable default fonts there ?
2. What kind of messsages are that ? HTML or plain text emails ?
3. Are you using "fixed width" fonts for messages or variable-width
fonts (see "Tools/Options...", section "Display") ?
4. Do you have any newsgroup message where the problem occurs with ? If
"yes" please post the messageid here that we can test the issue on my
side...

I suggest to file a bug at http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ (and post the
bugid here for reference)  ...
... second guess: It may be another incarnation of the "justified font
removes spaces when printing" bug in Mozilla's layout engine
(http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=182217 is one of them) ...
