[Xprint] HTML to PostScript to PDF

New to the list but didn't see much like this in the archives; probably because I'm asking the wrong list.

Odd question - I'm trying to on-the-fly convert server-side HTML to a PostScript or (preferably) PDF. - Something as simple as html2ps doesn't work for me because I need to support CSS. Someone suggested scripting Gecko to render PS and my research into this method led me to Xprint, though I am not in an X11 environment. As I'm writing this I feel as I'm in the wrong place ;)  Any ideas?

I wouldn't be adverse to writing a C interface if that is what is necessary. Anyone point me in the right place?
