[Xprint] Adding Xprint to LSB

While browsing http://www.linuxbase.org/spec//booksets/LSB-Graphics/LSB-Graphics/set1.html
+ http://refspecs.freestandards.org/LSB_2.0.0/LSB-Graphics/LSB-Graphics/generic-graphics.html
I realised that the Xprint extension API is missing/omitted, leaving
the whole printing side of X11 unspecified by the LSB. Tier1 (java,
Mozilla, ...) and legacy applications (Motif) depend on the Xprint
extension library and therefore I see a demand in adding this to the
LSB specs.
Any comments, opinions on this?
